I am 14 and I live with an alcoholic mother. what should I do?

Hum.. Okay.

well back when i was born my parents drank a lot. When i was at the age of 4-5 i didn't really know what was going on so i had no idea how bad that beer effected people and their lives..around the age of 10 i asked my parents to stop drinking so much, because i hated it and i became more shy. Then i was molested shortly after my cousin had a baby. her husband was drunk and i don't know if he knew what he was going...

But i was only 10 years old.. ever seance then i don't talk to many people, i don't look people in the face..

i don't like big crowds.. and before this all happened i was so out going.

My mom is a major alcohol abuser..

i don't know what to do anymore. my dad is working in another state, i would usually turn to him when things were this bad, and most of the time he doesn't answer his cell phone. :(

I am really depressed and when i was 12-13 i have thought about suicide.. But i wouldn't do anything like that now.

but when i was 12 i did cut. =/ and i stopped and im afraid that if i dont get help with this i will turn back to that all. =(

PLEASE help?I am 14 and I live with an alcoholic mother. what should I do?

PLEASE Talk to a Sunday School teacher, trusted school teacher, school nurse or anyone who is interested in your welfare.

You might check out your local suicide hotline. I heard you say you would not kill yourself, but cutting is not a good alternative.

I wish you lots of luck and feel free to write me if you think I might be of some assistance.
You really should call Alateen. They'll help you and point you in the right direction. You also should talk to a school counselor.

Here's the phone number for Alateen 1-888-425-2666
Talk to someone that you trust like an aunt or somebody and maybe you can go live with them until your parents get better

and good luck ill pray for you :)
Aww hunny! I'm so sorry! Try telling a friend or a teacher or a school counselor or someone you trust. Be safe! *Hugs*
